HOW TO ORDER

Simply fill out our order form to initiate the process. Once we receive your submission, we’ll be in touch via email to provide you with a frame description and invoice.

We ship worldwide and according to your address details we will calculate shipping cost.

To place an order with SOBEN, a 30% deposit is required and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled. The remaining balance is due upon shipping.

SOBEN provides a 3-year warranty for the frame under normal use, with the exclusion of painting. Please note that the warranty is only valid for the original buyer.
